When coupled with ERP systems such as SAP, FEKOR is the ideal partner for planning and implementation. FEKOR takes over all data – master data and transaction data – from the higher-level ERP system, so that no double data storage is necessary.
FEKOR covers both production planning (the workflows in production) and materials management (the disposition and provision of materials, assemblies and finished articles). The system is operated from a graphical control station, which provides an overview of the upcoming requirements.
The FEKOR production control is designed in such a way that it can easily record and process the practical special features of each production plant. FEKOR’s planning supports the actual corporate objective: on-schedule and cost-minimal delivery to the customer.
The high calculation speed makes it possible to update the production plan immediately at any time, e.g. also in case of workplace or production resource failures, in order to determine the necessary planning consequences.
