FLS und GRP wurden im Jahr 1979 in Aachen gegründet. Das Kernprodukt von FLS ist die Feinplanungssoftware FEKOR für die Fertigungskoordinierung, die zusätzlich die gesamte Materialwirtschaft innerhalb der Produktion abdeckt. GRP ist auf Manufacturing Execution Systeme (MES) in der Fertigungsindustrie fokussiert.

Ein erstes Ergebnis des Zusammenwachsens von FLS und GRP war das Verschmelzen der Softwareprodukte „FEKOR“ und „GRP-MES“ zur Software-Suite „tetys“.

Zum 01.01.2021 haben die beiden Aachener Unternehmen die Fusion und Umfirmierung zur neuen tetys GmbH & Co. KG erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Das Geschäft soll nun mit den jetzigen und weiteren potenziellen Kunden gemeinsam weiter ausgebaut werden. Die bisherigen Ansprechpartner und die Services bleiben für Kunden und Partner bestehen.

FLS and GRP were founded in Aachen in 1979. The core product of FLS is the detailed planning software FEKOR for production coordination, which also covers the entire materials management within production. GRP focuses on manufacturing execution systems (MES) in the manufacturing industry.

An initial result of the merger of FLS and GRP was the merging of the software products "FEKOR" and "GRP-MES" to form the "tetys" software suite.

On January 1, 2021, the two Aachen-based companies successfully completed the merger and change of name to form the new tetys GmbH & Co. KG was successfully completed. The business is now to be further expanded together with current and other potential customers. The existing contacts and services will remain in place for customers and partners.
